Path to Wellness, we are truly on the frontier of natural and functional medicine to help you as a whole person,
not just to treat specific parts of you.
This is truly primary care medicine, done naturally, not simply alternative medicine. Our holistic approach to primary care
in natural and integrative medicine applies the methods of natural medicine backed by the diagnostic testing tools
of modern biomedicine. Dr. Christopher Jackson, Ph.D., D.O.M., A.P. (FL) is Nationally Board
Certified and has international experience in primary care Natural Medicine as a Canadian Naturopath, with an Australian naturopathic
clinic, and in nutrition-based Orthomolecular Medicine as a primary care D.O.M. in Saint Petersburg and Sarasota (Tampa Bay) Florida.
Our holistic integrative approach is complemented by our associate Dr. Pedro Gonzalez, MD
(Cuba), who brings over 20 years of experience with integrative and nutritional medicine in Cuba. Dr. Gonzalez,
a leading international professor of surgery and medicine, contributes regularly in a consulting capacity
on integration of natural and functional medicine, and pre- and post-surgical care, adding to the completeness
of the care we provide at our holistic medicine center.
At A Path to Wellness, we customize each holistic treatment plan to the specific needs of each patient with true understanding
and compassion. We prescribe nutrition-based
Orthomolecular Medicines and Naturopathic, Homeopathic, Ayurvedic, and Traditional Chinese Medicines that are quality
controlled under FDA and GMP standards, and used by primary care and alternative medicine physicians around the world.
Other treatment methods include LASER therapies, Homeopathic and Nutritional Injections, Acupuncture, Electrical Stimulation
and Bodywork. We also use diagnostic testing to assess individual needs, including diet and nutritional needs, enhancing
recovery and improving results. The support staff at our holistic medicine center are medically
trained and receive additional training in natural medicine and leading-edge testing methods. We use
these tools to determine the cause beneath the symptoms and measure improvements.
